Cancellation Policy

At Skin Ritual, we reserve dedicated time for every appointment to ensure you receive the highest level of care and attention. To respect the time of our providers and other patients, we kindly ask that all appointment adjustments follow our cancellation policy below.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or reschedule.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late-cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Patients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and do not notify us in advance will be charged a $75 no-show fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on schedule for all guests. Late arrivals may be subject to the same fees listed above.

Membership & Prepaid Services

Late-cancellation and no-show fees may also be charged to the card on file or deducted from prepaid services or membership benefits.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

You may modify your appointment through:

  • Your booking confirmation or reminder email
  • Calling the clinic
  • Texting our front desk (if applicable)
